RCC - Remote Control Car.
The institute wants a remote-controlled car with a camera to be controlled from a console/PC/mobile beyond line of sight (BLOS). The car must be equipped with a number of sensors to help the operator (Distance, gyro, etc). Values from these sensors should be displayed in the same image as the video stream(s) from the car.
