PROJECT
ICARUS is a bachelor group at the University of South-Eastern Norway. In collaboration with FFI, our goal is to investigate and study how the angle of attack affects the aerodynamics and flight time of UAVs.

08 January, 2021 The project begins!
We were lucky enough to get one of the most interesting projects we could have asked for, not only in terms of what we were to research, but we were also given freedom to do it in whatever way we wanted and were allowed to experiment with many different solutions.

02 February, 2021 First Presentation!
We presented the first presentation and got great feedback for how we should move forwards with the research. Now our plan is to make further improvements on our overall project management and to start working on physical experiments and tests.
